ONLINE FAMILY MEDIATION - Including Family Dispute Resolution is a personal service where ideally the parties and the mediator take part in mediation in the same room for at least part of the time. However there are times when this can't happen such as when distance and remoteness prevent personal attendance at mediation. Of course telephone conferences can be used in this situation and are often been used by us.

Online mediation (sometimes called "Distance Mediation") can assist and be more effective than telephone conferencing. On line mediation can provide another dimension to long distance mediation. It allows the mediator and the participants to see each other and share documents. We have a simple system in place to facilitate on line mediation.
